Hey, can I discuss something important with you?
And I really want you to listen to what I have to say.
Normally, you would find that every Monday morning I would come out with a brand new blog post that (maybe) you’ll read and (hopefully) share and comment on.
This week is no different, except …
This week I want to take a step back from the traditional blog posts that you’ve come to know, and hopefully appreciate, on this blog.
This week I want to take a step back and really focus on the very reason I started blogging in the first place.
This week, I want to focus solely on you … each and every one of you reading this right now. Whether you know it or not, you’re all special and you’re all awesome individuals who I truly respect.
I respect your ambition, your drive, your willingness to learn and build online relationships with others. I’m honored to call you each and every one of you my friends. Regardless if you’ve been to my blog a bunch of times or whether this is your first time to my blog.
Now, this post is definitely not normal for me as it’s probably one of my shortest posts that I’ll ever come out with – but it’s short for a good reason. I have a special challenge for you.
I want you to take the time it would normally take for you to read my blog post this week and do something for your blog, or for your business instead.
You see nothing in life, blogging or business happens unless you take action.
You know that already, right?
And I know that there’s probably something that you’ve been meaning to do that you haven’t gotten around to. So I’ll tell you what … I want you to take a pledge with me right this minute.
I want you to say the following:
“I’m going to do something for my blog or my business today that will help me towards achieving my goal because it’ll never get done unless I take some action. And I’m going to start right this minute because procrastination is my enemy.”
Did you say it?
Is that too much to ask?
Do you think you can do that?
Good. All I ask of you in return is to leave a comment below sharing exactly what it is you plan to take action on and get accomplished.
Sounds like a plan?
Great! And just to get things rolling here, I’ll start.
